Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Location: Botanical Dwellings and Fulton Found in Culpeper, Virginia

Hourly Rate: $14

Availability: September through December. 

Job Type: Part-Time

About Us:

Botanical Dwellings and Fulton Found are seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates for the Holiday Season. You'll work at both our plant-focused store, Botanical Dwellings, and our masculine lifestyle boutique, Fulton Found. We value community, inclusivity, and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

Providing helpful customer service by guiding product selection for plants, gardening tools, and lifestyle items. Processing cash and card transactions accurately and offering gift wrapping. Keeps the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive. Handling inventory tasks like receiving, pricing, and restocking seasonal products. Supporting workshops and events to engage customers and ensure smooth operations. Help provide support for events, displays, and overall store function.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with customer service, communication, and point‑of‑sale system skills. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and adaptable in responding to store needs. Interest or experience in plants, gardening, or lifestyle products is a plus. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
